SCOTUSblog: Pay issue clarified
This was a fairly interesting case for me. I haven't been seriously following it, but the results do have an effect on me. I have an issue where a couple of people will come in to work, clock in, then spend 20 or 30 minutes fucking around getting dressed or smoking before they actually go on the floor. I have always just changed their time in to reflect when they actually started out on the floor, which this decision supports. Good deal.
